Hi, I am planning on studying in College of North Atlantic, 3 years program. My inquiry is, in the Express Entry, is it considered as a Bachelor's degree (three or more year program) or two-year diploma?

Colleges in Canada don’t give Bachelors, only Universities do. 3-year programs in colleges are usually advanced college diplomas. But if you want to be sure, ask the college about the credential for your intended program. They are the best source of official information.

Some colleges do in fact give bachelors but the college that you have mentioned College of North Atlantic does not offer bachelor programs. It will be considered as a 3 year diploma.

Durham College just recently offered a Bachelors, but it’s a 4-year program. In general, a 3-year program is an advanced diploma at best.

Bachelors in Canada is generally 4 years. I assume express entry keep it at 3 years since countries like India have Bachelors for only 3 years. Humber college offers bachelor degrees and they are all 4-year degrees. It's probably because they are a polytechnic but it's not like there are no colleges that do not give bachelor degrees. I was more saying that there are colleges that give bachelor's than about the 4 year part, you are right about that.
