Best Visa or Process for spouse after marriage (Sponsorship, visit,etc)

I am one among the many of who landed alone in Canada on PR visa, and feeling alone here and would like to marry and bring my spouse immediately to Canada from back home.

Can seniors or any one suggest me which visa is best to apply for her.

1. Sponsorship visa - if so how long it could take?
2. visit visa - what is the process? how long it could take? what kind of questions she could face in airport?
3. Visit visa before marriage as a friend ? once she come here marry her in Canada?
4. Apply a open work permit visa before/after marriage? how long it could take?

Research all, but the option that's most likely to work out easily is option 1 and it takes about 12 months. Good luck.
