Hi, I would like to know if the evidence I have is strong enough.
- life insurance (Partner as beneficiary)
- my partner’s life insurance (I’m the beneficiary)
- my partner’s dental plan (I’m beneficiary)
- travel ticket (hotel room with double room)

Thanks in advice.

For common law you need to prove that you resided together for 1 year. Things like joint bank account, lease agreements, government mail at the same address, drivers license with the same address, utility bill's, they all help to show that.
I would think a hotel room receipt would not be a good idea as proof for common law, unless its a hotel you actually resided at together. To be common law, you must have lived together for a year, so why have a hotel room?

I found that proof of past travel would help ... All others I have listed have more than one year of issuance. And they have the same address. I read on the Canadian government website that evidence of household spending counts, what would characterize it? We live with my parents, so we do not have consumer accounts on our behalf. They will write a letter stating this. Thanks a lot for the help.

ohhhh ok so the hotel receipt shows previous travel, gotcha. Have your parents write a letter stating that ou have both lived with them for the period from when you started until present. I'm not sure about the "household spending". Also, when you do your taxes, you can be sure to file as common law.

Thanks for the tip, I'll do it. This past trips, almost two years ago (besides the tickets we have the stamps in the passport). I found some transfer vouchers I made for his account, on dates very close to each other, including 2017. 98% of the things he buys are with my cards, but I do not know how to prove it. Do you think the documents I've listed (health insurance and dental plan) are strong enough? I apologize for the long text.... Thanks

In my opinion, the 4 documents you have are not enough.
I will apply for study permit next year. Do I need an account in each one's name? What would be the ideal (amount of bills)? Should they cover 12 months? We have the life insurance policies that date back before, the dental plan also... Are all bills acceptable? Dental plan payment, cell phone bills? Thanks Sarahannclarke5, it’s very kind of you to help me. Thank you very much.
