Hi, I have a question for VOG form. The section 2 on the form ask for fill the organization/body's address and representative's name. This requirement listed on Justis website. On the website, they said if you can't get a signature or letter from the immigration body, you have to fill by yourself.
I am wondering how you guys finish this part?
Another question is, my husband is going to apply VOG, and he forget his citizen service number(BSN). He went to Netherlands in 2012 and he can not remember anymore. Does anyone know where he can find his BSN?

Hi Connie, I am in a similar situation regarding VOG. Could you share your experience, please? How did you fill section 2? Did you put Canada Immigration information there yourself? And did you submit it to Dutch authorities without a stamp and a signature from Canada Immigration? Did they accept it in that way?

Hello, Hope you all would've completed the process long back. I am sponsoring my husband and he lived in Netherlands for two years. At that time, he registered in the municipality. Could you please let me know, how did you approach for the VOG? Did you include any letter explaining about the Canadian immigration process? Did they accept? It would be really great if you could help me with the information.
