Name mismatch in Passport and Markscard

Hi,
I am yet to send my documents to WES for verification. I have a query regarding name mismatch on passport and markscard.
My name on the passport is Sai Nidhi Ram
While on my markscard it is mentioned as S Nidhi Ram.
If I send my marksheets for evaluation to WES, it will not reflect my passport name as my initials are not expanded on my markscard. Will this cause a problem during the Canadian PR PROCESS for immigration ? Please help.

Hey you might be able to help me, so I am in the middle of post ITA process. As per my WES report my name is mentioned as SINGH, Vijay. In my passport my given name is Vijay Singh but no surname/family name. do you think it can cause a problem because in my passport there's no family name but on my WES report the SINGH is highlighted? kindly help I am in the middle of post ITA process. thanks
