Withe the biometrics coming in, the time to do security will drastically decrease. Also, in the last 10 months, the time for security has already been reduced to 1-2 months, unless an applicant is in Enhanced SS, which can take over a year.

They already have my biometric from 2015 (valid till 2025) when i applied for student visa and they have attached it to my pr applications as I can see the information when I login.

Unfortunately it's been over 7 months I am waiting. In the latest gcms notes I cannot see any redacted information and the last activity is criminality passed. Security set as "not started". Eligibility recommend passed.

I am quite confused whats causing delay in my application. There's no negative remark in case analyst note. I am exhausted.

Guy, I'm confused now Should I really upload a new reference letter, signed and sealed on both pages?

Sorry I was reading quickly and thought you meant that you had forgotten to include the second page which only had the signature and seal. No as long as it's on one of the pages that's fine. No need to do anything.

I spoke to the customer care agent and he confirmed that my file hasn't been touched in last 8 months. He cannot give any reason for the same. My AOR is May 20198. My biometrics are expiring and I already paid for RPRF fees. Any help? I have already provided the document after reading GCMS notes which could help prove my candidacy. Any advice is greatly appreciate?

Thank you the response. Is there any chance they're doing this because my PNP paper application is in the last stage as well? For my paper application eligibility passed but security not started but that one is within time limit.

According to the call center agent there's no update in my file since November 2018.

But the thing is I have total five years of experience, but I had got into a new job which has been mentioned in the notes and I had uploaded the referral letter of the latest company too. As the job description was matching to the said NOC of Human Resource manager I mentioned that as my primary NOC. But now since its just been 3 months in that job as on the said AOR how can i justify their statement. I have also provided all referral letters and other supporting documents of all the previous jobs, but they have mentioned only about my last job. I have mentioned the same in my letter of explanation that I have a total experience of 5 years in a previous company and my latest company is a new one.

The curious thing is just before receiving the notes I had a word with a cic agent on call and she said their is nothing to be worried and its just the eligibility is not completed and the officer has not asked for any ADR. So your file looks good and is in progress.

Somebody please share their expertise. I am a bit tensed now.

Hello, I have a dumb question regarding my gcms notes. In the History section, that has subheadings such as Application Status:1, Application Status:2, Application Status: 3...................is this arranged from the latest report to the earliest report? For example, Application Status: 23 will be the latest update while Application 1 will be the oldest update? There are no dates on this section of the notes, so I am finding hard to comprehend.

I know this is not something you may want to hear or something that helps you but honestly, there is not much you can actually do to nudge them. Your options are sending them CSE every 1/2 weeks or plead with an agent who agrees to send a note to VO. However, it is yet to be proven they actually send a note or if that note really helps or is it something they just say to make you feel better. I think one of the agents even promised a member here (my guess @Nishika22) that she is going to keep an eye like a hawk on her application. But that hasn't helped yet.
I really wish they had a mechanism to addresses cases like these.
