Can anyone tell that what are the documents required as a employment proof under FSW EE?? Is Income tax returns are required??

Can anyone tell that what are the documents required as a employment proof under FSW EE?? Is Income tax returns are required??

Income tax returns are not required.

The work experience can be proved by a letter which:

• must be on company's official letter.
• must state your Name, Designation and date of joining and leaving ( if it was previous job).
• must state your roles and responsibilities in your job.
• must state your working hours per week.
• must state your salary ( can be hourly, weekly, biweekly, monthly or yearly)
• must have contact details like official phone number, e-mail id and address of the company.

The letter must be signed and stamped by either HR, Manager, or any other authorized personnel).

Also, note that your job for which you are claiming point must fall under any of the NOC 0,A or B.

You should have atleast one year of continuous employment under the same NOC for which you are claiming points.
