Me too interested in buying income generating property
Wondering, if you have bought property in Montreal, why your application is not being processed speedily . As someone mentioned here about an acquaintance who had property in Quebec and got PR faster ( 1 year faster than her)It is always better to have a property sooner rather than later. We’ve already bought one as property prices are rising sharply in Montreal now after Vancouver and Toronto. It also shows without doubt that you will settle in Quebec so file processing is easier that way. My real estate agent was absolutely fantastic, showed us the nicest homes in our budget, bargained for us, did all the legwork and helped us choose the best house. She is fantastic and i cannot recommend her highly enough. She saved us from dubious sellers and guided us throughout the process. Let me know if you want her company details.
I think yes as already property prices rising all over canada . Also as someone pointed out it may fasten the process (though Iam not % sure of this )Dear Ash1969 :- it’s useful if someone buy property in Montreal ? And how much the price for property in Montreal ?

yes. you are right. you should explore some where when come montreal and then to live about 3 month. you are going to decide buy it. i had lived in montreal about 3 month.may be i knew alittle about it. after you have got PR . about buy home very easy. only down paymnet 20 -25% ( BMO- TD bank - Royal bank......) not income but you are wire money from Vn to montreal legal (this case : you had PR card ).i think you have alot of thing to do.after landed. ... find the new school for kid and for you . find the new job. find the new any thing ....... but everything is going to good for you. hope you success . lucky on the way immigrant. all the us same as.But, up to me, i dont buy till to the last decision. Cos, in case being fail, so how? And i think, i have to live there around at least 6 months, then i will find it, cos where we live, the neighbor also important! Wait! Okie, be patient to wait.Me, I will try to forget it n work hard.... at least 3- 4 years, they will give us the result. And PR will have alot benefit than foreigner!!
