So Fourth Month form AOR is the normal , right? SO Nov AOR's might get on Feb end or March .. Fingers Crossed
I did receive the email too when I went to IP2 status on 18th.Not to be pessimistic about it but it seems like a normal document to be sent. I think it doesn't really give any insight into the PR application processing stages.
If I am then you are definitely not helpful in the least.
So, again, what's your definition of panic? And are you panicking because I am panicking then?
I also received this letter,which my consultant said was a good sign,just like people receiving request to pay the remaining fee is a good sign.Just a matter how one takes things..and in this case where patience is the key,it’s crucial to stay positive and optimistic..
Coming on to IP2 even after I received the letter and my ADR shifted to NA my BG status is still the same .will send a message once we start.So am confused
Yes, I do agree. Staying positive is crucial at this stage. Hope your BG starts soon though !

According to the immitracker another person from Nigeria just got PPR.
