See I don't get this. Between CIC helpline, CIC processing centre and people on here and FB I really don't know where I am at. CIC Processing said yesterday that they are processing AOR nov 27th applications which we and CIC helpline know is untrue as people beyond that had AORs already. CIC helpline didn't indicate that my application was sent back and gave me the temp application number. Nothing in the mail so far and when I try to find my application online I come up with nothing.

This process is soooo frustrating .

Sad news..
OWP got sent back to us (received today). We had forgotten to sign the last page.
When we send it back will we be back at the bottom of the pile? Our spousal application didn't get sent back (just recieved MR)
I was also told there was a different address for OWP.
Any help is appreciated.

Do es the PA syill have a valid status? If not, then it is not possible to request an OWP.

Don't be frustrated, it might be because it's a temporary number they didn't upload it in their system yet and that's why it isn't working, with some people it works and with some people it doesn't, it doesn't work the same for everybody, sometimes some people they get AOR and still it takes them time to see their file online, I say relax, atleast you know that you have a number and hopefully they'll send your AOR soon.
We can't blame CIC, they get high volume of files and applications every single day

PA has status, @Jordannesmith mentioned before that he applied for visitor extension in October and got approved in January so its alright

Yes, we took the safe route and extended stay before we applied for PR in case our application were to get sent back for a missing signature etc.
I knew that is the OWP got sent back he would have been out of status and it would have been too late to restore status. Thank god I went with my gut and extended stay
It got approved on January 7th, and we had applied on October 9th. (sent the PR application November 22)
He had gotten extended an entire year (october 2019) I know most people only get 6 months, so thats exciting
I must add that we said the reason was so he could be in status the entire time his PR application is processing.

I'm seeing a lot of people got 6 months extention I got 2 years on mine it's crazy how everyone gets different

I got one year visitor record, maybe it depends on the processing time of pr which is about one year

was able to link my app in the morning of Jan 18th and later that day, sponsor got the AOR.
