Can I show my Father's property for my wife spouse open work permit application, previously she got refused by officer not satisfied her home ties to leave Canada after her stay accomplish.

Thanks Bryanna for reply but I am still confused how can I show her home Ties in spouse open work permit, before I shown her Job letter but still got refusal.
