NOC modification after ITA

Can anyone tell me if I can modify the NOC for my professional experience after the extraction from the Basin ? What are the risks ?
Knowing that I'll use the same category "0" I must put 1112 instead of 1221.

Naaaa they don record all that.. real stuff begins once u submit everytgin and ir application is transported to main server .. don worry thats where its locked on
