Medical (IMM1017) Photo size

So we received our medical request and it says you need 4 recent photos.

What size of photos did you need to bring?
Did you guys just follow the same photo instructions as the ones for the initial application?

Note that if the doctor use online system to submit your medical results you dont need to bring photos. They will take digital photo at the clinic. So ask them before you go if you need it or not.

I just booked an appointment with an authorized medical center from their list and they told me Philippine passport size (35x45mm)
Now I am not sure The print medical request form (IMM1017) clearly has a Canada passport size box to paste the photo though
