I didn't disclose my education

Hi there!

My AOR is November, I have submitted all the papers in the right way. Unfortunately, I have totally forgotten that I studied at a college for 2,5 years, while studying at high school. Hence, I did not mention it in the education history.

I have a diploma from that collage, and my university diploma says "Prior education - collage diploma issued in 201x".

Should I now send them my collage diploma? Or is it okay to not disclose something I don't want to disclose? I have never seen a rule that I have to disclose absolutely everything.

Further, I've been working while I was studying there, so if I send them the collage diploma I will need to provide some proof that I managed to study and work at the same time.

Thank you!

I'm guessing you didn't have an ECA for that education, and therefore didn't include in education history. That's fine, of course as long as you have another degree to be eligible.

But did you at least include it in personal history? There, you do need to disclose all activity in the last 10 years or since the age of 18 whichever comes first. That's the rule.

Ideally, you can submit an upfront Schedule A IMM5669 with updated info, along with letter of explanation, that should do it.
But how did you go to college while being in high school?

What is IMM5669? I mean what is it used for?

In my country you can manage it. You can apply for college after 9th grade and then stay at school at the same time. Thats a different kind of college, not the one people are used to in western countries.

Thanks!

It's one of the forms, and this one in particular is a background declaration form. Basically it's another format for the personal and address history that you already filled out Post-ITA.

Hello,

Should I include a diploma of 6 months that I completed prior to my bachelors in the education history section but its not shown in the ECA?
