Need Help Urgent

I am a protected person and my open work permit will expire on March..i have applied for my PR but still o process so i have to renew my work permit..but unfortunately, my passport got expired last august and my passport was seized by the immigration after applying for a refugee..the problem now is i cant validate the form..

Put the expiry date of your passport (day & month) and change the year to any future one

have you done it? and did it have any problem? im just so scared to do things like that coz immigration screwed me so many times..
