For sept 19
Sherdian will start processing applocations from feb1. Its mentioned on the mystudent center and you can check your application status.

There is never a 100% guarantee At this time I would just wait.

Yes sheridan ....not even this i have offer letter of norquest clg but of one year program ...in. A baffled state what to do ???

Give it a few weeks. The winter term just started and colleges are busy with incoming students and the administrative issues to be handled at the beginning of each term. So it will take them a little bit longer to get back to you.
