Does the NOC code have any bearing on the time taken to process an application?

Nope. In my experience, knowledge , NOC has no bearing on time to process.

Nobody’s point of view can ever be void my friend. Because its personal and if all human beings thought alike world would be a boring place!!
When we agree that’s good and when we disagree that’s even better because we both get to learn something new or see a different perspective.

Not sure about me, but yours is definitely a different level... Happy to find company like you'll.... May be , I will reach there as well.. Starting to practice the philosophical way of life slowly...

Mine is 23rd Aug AOR and IP2 23 Nov. No updates post that. But I am aware that my security is pending. Eligibility met and criminality passed

I have almost similar timeline. Aor August 22. Eligibility recommended passed. Criminality passed. Security not started.

Just spoke to CIC. Same status again which was 3 weeks back. Security yet to start. Aug 23 AOR.

She also mentioned the usual things that application is within time frame and will mostly be processed within 6 months
