I tried calling +16139444000 just a while ago. After giving some details on the application I selected the option for talking to an agent. Then it said all lines are busy and afterwards cut the call .

Can someone please share a way to get in touch with an agent for asking details of the application?

Hi guys need your advice: AOR 19th Sep, 12th Jan RPRF request and ADR (PCC), all was uploaded and submitted on the 14th Jan but until now status says "We need additional documents...". Rechecked again in submitted applications - no pockets to upload anything and for all docs it says Replacement is provided. What to do? Just wait or report a technical glitch? Thanks!

It is normal I guess. What were the contents of your RPRF letter? I am 30th Sept AOR and status is still the same. I called IRCC and they said your Eligibility is MET and that’s it. No further updates.

Thanks for your reply. I have never called or emailed IRCC. The letter read ‘This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following - RPRF’. I am still in IP1 and dont think that they have started Eligibility, Security & Criminality check yet. Are u in IP2 or IP1?

Read the contract you signed with the consultant. If it doesn't mention that you will have no access to login details after signing up with them or something similar then you can request for login details. I have done the same with this website guys.. You can login and check it whenever you want.. just dont change anything that might harm your case (let that to the consulting firm).

Actually that was expected - from Singapore and they issue PCC only with official letter

Hey, some inland guys have received a call from CIC. I can confirm this as I have read it on other threads, try dialing that number though it may not connect, or receive it the next time you get it. I know they say CIC never calls you but some people have mentioned getting a call here all of them were inland. But yes still be cautious and do not give any secure information.
Edit: But their website also says they don't call so ask some of the senior people here or on inland thread http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1203&top=31

The webform asks me to select a VO even before the fields show up. What did you type in there?

For "Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada?"
I selected "NO", and then it takes you to the webform for your details to punch in.

You might need to keep calling, I started calling at 7.55am Ottawa time today. It kept diconnecting due to high call volume.

Yes, it is working under normal conditions. People are used to this temperature and adapt the life: using underground tunnels, car, dressing in layers, thick parca, etc.

How far am I from getting the golden e-mail?

hahaha...I don't think anybody could have an answer to this. Most of them in the group are on same boat.
I think they would run a batch script for the PPR all at once. Let's hope for the best.

So, I got through the CIC agent this evening. But unfortunately I got disconnected during the conversation!

Before the call ended, the agent said the following:
All your documents are okay. Some verifications are going on. You can expect it to be finalized by mid February.

Same here. My application is at Sydney, NS (processed and approved on 9th Jan) and I had emailed Ottawa and they responded back saying your application was not approved by our office. More details in my signature
