I just noticed too that ours is at the Mississauga office.
Hey All - Got my AOR from Mississauga on the 12th (application was sent to Sydney). It just says in ECAS "We received your application on October 12th" and basically nothing else - just a bit below that says it is in progress.
Seems like many people are getting SA within days? Has anyone waited a while to get SA? I am not worried about being eligible. It just seems like people are getting more info than "Yeah, we got it!" lol

On my acknowledgement letter the address is sydney. Does this mean that my application will be sent to PA Visa Office?
Your appl. will be in Sydney , doesn't have to go to Mississ. or it may be . Any Visa office can finalize such applications . Finally it has to go to VO where applicant lives. OURs 4 example :- we got an email re; transfer to NDVO but I phoned today she says it does not matter ,file is still here. And of course reminded me of 1 year total time. Your file can be sitting here in Sydney but wife's local VO could be working on it thru GCMS,no BS we were told this by agent ! No wonder these days applicant's Background checks also starts while the file is here. World has shrunk to too small with the help of Technology/Internets.
Please ask any other Qs don't hesitate

This will be full medical incl XRAY+Blood test. 1st go ahead make an apponitment with the authorized DR. Here is a list of presently authorized ones:-

A MUST:- Must take Photocopies of her passport,,, take a TRACKING SHEET DOC from Dr. after Medicals>>>>then upload the same thru web form
from my experience they took my original passport and also a driving license to make sure it was the same person. Also I brought a personal picture with me but they didn't take it they used their camara so three days after that I can see that the medical passed in my account
In my opinion, it does not make sense to send anything because the result of the medical examination goes automatically
My husband did his medical at IOM.
This is what they did - blood test > urine test > x-ray > interview with nurse > physical exam.
They usually don’t advise to have medical during menstruation because of the urine test.
Btw, if she is from Manila, I recommend to go to IOM. We got medical passed the day after the exam (see my signature). Plus it’s cheaper than St. Lukes. 7,500 pesos at IOM vs 11,500 at St. Lukes
