GIC REFUND DELAYED

Hii guys, i cancelled my visa and dropped my masters plan due to personal reasons and applied for GIC REFUND, on dec 6th 2018 i got a mail from scotia bank saying they have initiated the refund tiil date i did not receive my refund, does anyone faced the same issue like this, please help.

yes...i have their mail saying that the payment was initiated,but i dont know why i did not get credited to my account.

I would say they have a certain length of time to do it in. Refunds don't happen instantly, there needs to be investigations etc. Ask them how long it should take. As stated this is an issue with bank policy, not really immigration policy. They would be the best people's to ask
