Fake but still I am investigating by my way I have paid them some of amount to start my process of visa and its started by them as fake they think that I dont know anything and they booked my tickets of american airlines and giving me clue so I could pay more money what they are requiring now for further process...

So assume you already know American Airlines do not fly direct to Canada other than through a code share with another airline so you need to fly via the US so also assume in this package they provided you with a US visa if not a code share ticket with BA or some other airline.
Also see the fake website section in the Advisers team pictures of some males but with the names Matilda and Thelma both female first names unless they happen to be transgender of course. Then the CEO picture also a Matilda but a completely different person to the Matilda as an adviser.
All these things are clues that the website has been cloned from somewhere else by some less than intelligent scammer who has just in their rush to scam people has not done a very thorough job on content hoping their targets are desperate enough not to notice until it is too late and they have the cash. Add to that the fact the website was as mentioned here only created last month, pretty strange for a supposed genuine company recruiting internationally.
Nothing more to say that has already been said given everything follows the standard format for immigration scams.
