Heard that Chatr is at airport. You can buy and activate their SIM. Do check for their business hours though.

There is wifi there. Canada isn't like other countries where it is easy to purchase a SIM card from the airport on arrival and you're set.

I have heard several reports of new immigrants walking out of Pearson airport with Chatr sim after landing. Even I got chatr sim from WOW without any Canadian id.

Great, things may be changing. Definitely not as accessible as other countries. Likely also more expensive.

Likely better deals away from the airport given nearly everything at airports is generally either more expensive or less likely to offer any deals relying on people fresh off a plane who maybe know no better about options in Canada.

We are talking about Wireless connection ( and not car rentals) here. Deals are same whether you buy inside airport or outside airport.

There is Chatr stand at Terminal 1 Arrivals landside. Somewhere between C and D exit doors.
