File transferred to NDVO for Eligibility but it says recommended passed again and again (which I Searched online about how to read GCMS: when something says recommended passed means Passed) There is also note under Possible interview about the relationship, same religion age differenceand it also says

congratulation
don't worry, may you get dm and ppr soon:)

Congratulations! Akshar.

Guys, those are from June and July. If we consider this example it took more then 5 months to get BGC complete from may be that outsource agency. As most of our files are transferred in December again for us it will take around 5 months+ as well that means we should not expect anything soon. Do you think guys we will get no sooner then May-June??

Thanks

I know this is kind of discouraging but also if you look at it people who applied in may June July ..most of them got Aor in 1-2 months whereas ours took 3-4 months
Wonder if that time will be cut down upon after file transfer in our cases
But either way it’s wait game and nothing else
Having said that if bgc takes roughly 5 months and mine bgc hasn’t even started yet so maybe I shouldn’t hope for anything until August I will say

No not yet, but so many applicants got ppr yesterday who got dm on Jan 11 and 2 applicants who got dm on Jan 15.
Did you check with your lawyer If he received it or not ?
No, I did not check with my lawyer. But my lawyer said that VO usually send PPR mail to the applicant instead of lawyers......well!! What do u think who get PPR?? Lawyers or applicants??

  • VFS is NDVO partner for passport transmission. We need to send two recent passport size photos along with passport. Read the PPR letter thoroughly. Click on this link. www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india for local VFS address.

I think it goes to your lawyer not to u, who used to receive all the correspondence from them so far? Your lawyer will get the ppr, just call and ask him if he got ppr mail yesterday and update me please.
