Biometric collection center in usa

I am applying for a business visa and I received a letter asking to go In person to a biometric collection center. My current residence is USA. Basically, the letters states two ways to get the biometrics done

1. VISA Application Center
But there are only 2 - NY and LA while I live in Chicago

2. US Application support center (ASC)
While there are a few within 25 miles of where I live, I can't find a way to schedule an appointment. Can I just do a walk-in?
