I have all my name 'Kulwant Singh' written in Given Name on my passport and the Last Name is empty on my passport. Now I am applying for Prince Edward Island PNP and it has first name and last name mandatory.
I could not find any documentation on how to fill my name on the application. Can somebody help please.

You can fill last name as Singh.

Attach an affidavit explaining the issue and that Kulwant Singh with given name as well as Kulwant (first name) Singh (last name) is one and the same person

Are u able to successfully create ur profile? I am not able to select the country of issuance or the country?
