I like pizzas with lots of cheese and meat and peppers. It can have any name for all I care. What about pepperoni ? That’s one I eat the most. I don’t share my pizza with anyone
I'll steal your pepperoni if you won't share.

Oh come on now, you say this is not against any specific religion, yet the one example you could find on the internet was Islamic prayers being performed in public schools in Canada? I watched the first 5 minutes of the video and I don't see how any of the, to put in your own words, 'original residents' are being 'forced' to follow any traditions..? The Peel School board allowed this, yes? No one is being forced to pray in these mini mosques except muslims, who do so out of free will. Also, no one in the video said other religions are not allowed to perform their own prayers? So Islam is not getting preferential treatment. The video you chose is tone deaf because the reporter in the video doesn't bring up the mini mosques as a problem, instead he brings up the segregation as a problem. Now, mosques ARE segregated for modesty. Not because men are better than women or any of that BS but for modesty. The woman in the video was spreading misinformation when she said the opposite. Next, as to menstruating girls being forced to sit in the halls, that is just flat out wrong. True, women cannot perform salah (daily 5 prayers) when on their period but they can still pray in various other ways. I'd like to end this post by saying that I have no harsh feelings against you and I'm always up for religious debate in a respectful manner. So I apologize right now if you feel I am being disrespectful in any way, that is not my intention.@imannan there is a lot of sympathy for the girl and many others who really need help.
The anguish is on the people who seek refuge from a nation and then force the original residents to follow their customs and tradition, calling it as the only way to attain heaven or God.
Mind you, I am not trying to be politically correct here...
Everyone has a right to think and follow a custom as per their understanding.
80% of the world suffered this during the Colonial rule. Now we say we have progressed but nothing's changed.
And sorry this is not against any specific religion but an example of the apathy...
even i am in the first catergory, no ppr yetI am in your first category however I have not received the golden mail yet.
Thanks for letting me know this. Now I won’t order any pizza when you would be around.I like pizzas with lots of cheese and meat and peppers. It can have any name for all I care.

I am sorry for the part I played in this discussion. I will retract all my posts related to this discussion.Sorry for jumping in the middle of all this but I guess since I’ve been a mod in other forums it kinda sticks with me. I’d strongly advice against any political / religious discussions, first of all, I don’t think this is the place to do so since it’s an immigration forum, and second, I feel this might be the most diverse place regarding cultures in the whole internet and for some people it’s kind of a sensitive topic. Everything is great as long as we assume everyone has their own beliefs and respect each other that way, but I would refrain from actually discussing it for the sake of not going into heavy arguments. We love each other so far, let’s just let the ball roll and get PPR still within sanity
Yeah, sorry that wasn't my intent.Fellas, I am not part of this group as I am a sept. AOR. I just stop by all the time to read the comments and try to be a part of the fun. I am jealous of y'all for all the fun you have. Please dont let any political/religious discussion pollute the love you share.
