I wonder what's taking so long. Do you have many dependents?

I’ve called but I’ve not been able to speak with them. A lady picked and said she doesn’t deal with immigration but will transfer the call. She did and it kept on ringing for like 5 mins till I exhausted my airtime

Same response I got from same lady.

My call was transferred and the person I spoke with said the immigration section doesn't take calls and that I should send a mail.

Submitted 19th December 2018 and my flight is for 1st February.

I guess the passport has landed, the tracker shows something like 'dispatched to Lagos from visa office on 14th'. It was initially showing something like 'sent to Lagos on 10th January'. I sent a mail to enquire this afternoon.

I think In @Yishiwen 's case it took 4 days
