were the questions asked about our case.i think they refused my case because my law parents was not present in marriage.after marriage my wife was not visit india.Because holidays was not approved on job.because my wife doing two part time jobs .one side holidays was approved.and second part time job did not approved holidays on same date
i am very disappointed with this, one side they say sponsor (permanent resident) can't leave while file is in process, other side they are asking why she was not visiting you in between. :( i didn't get a chance to visit my husband also bcz i didn't get my vacation approved also from my work.:( i am so scared now. but i stayed for 5 months after my wedding with my husband before applying

This is very sad
They should look into genuineness of relation and not such silly things
A perosn can have many personal reasons to not visit ...since when you and your wife haven’t seen each other if she moved to Canada recently I don’t see it a big deal but if it’s a long period of time like 3-4 years maybe that was a concern
This is very sad and concerning
visiting is most important part of spousal cases. after 6 monts one time

Every six months is mandatory??
I don’t know about this
I came to Canada in 2017 and visited only once in 2018
after your wedding, you visited your husband?

best of luck for everyone. i pray for you .you will successfull. hope you receive PR soon...take care bye
wish you a good luck, hope you will win the appeal soon.tc
