Ielts 7(6).
Got admitted for M.ENG. Mechanical Engineering Concordia University.

I got visa rejected and applied for CAIPS. The reason was that I didn't have access to the fund I provided.

What does that mean ??

How were you accessing your funds? how much funding did you have? Are the funds your own or somebody else's, like your parents etc. Sounds to me like you did not give evidence that you could infact get to the funds....like a letter

A sponsor letter and signed my every member was presented to Embassy.
My sponsor were my Parents Grandfather and Uncle.
Annual Income were all from Salaries.
Bank Balance was a week transction from father's account

You only showed a weeks worth of bank statements? Usually you need to show 3 months for anything. 3 people sponsoring is a bit dicey to be honest. Could you not just have your parents sponsor you. I think the officers are looking at the amount of people that are sponsoring you and thinking how you will get the money. How are you going to get it? Could it be put in one bank account?

I thought the same but we need to do property valuation and my parents property is not enough to show the minimum level of property.

I have deposited INR 20 Lakhs and thought to show transction for at least 3 months.Beside that I am seeking advice from some gentlemen from you.

Minimum level of property? I don't understand, have you got enough money or not? What is the total amount you have in Canadian Dollars.

Yes The property evaluation must be minimum CAD 121000 but we don't have that much of property in our name.

Having 3 separate sponsors is what is holding you back. The money from them needs to be somewhere where you can access easily. Clearly it isnt

It's hard to do without 3 sponsor.
Cannot I use my own Parents (dad and mom) an my own brother as sponsor ?
I am thinking to do so for Next apply ?

You can try but it may get the same response. You need to show them you can easily get the money to live on. If its from 3 seperate places it is more difficult than getting it from one place. Maybe you should wait until you have enough money behind you
