Urgent help required

Hello...

I need urgent advice on my case...
I applied my file in October 2017.
A document was asked in nov 2017.
After that nothing was received by my agent and my medical expired in March 2018.After waiting for too long I applied GCMS notes in august and came to know that they already sent a passport request letter via bulk mail out on 6 feb 2018 which my agent did not get.He sent a CSE quoting that we have been waiting for medicals request and did not receive any PPR.They again sent a medical request on 24 sep 2018 and we got our medical done again. Now again after applying for notes I came to know that they again sent a PPR letter on 11 oct 2018 which my agent did not get.

I don't know what to do now...
I have a question that do they send the PPR letter to the client or the representative.????
My agent has given my wrong email id to them..
But they have sent every other information to my agent so where is the PPR letter going??
If anyone has any information regarding this
Please let me know

@pooja_89Anaya : I can understand the stress you are under, I would advice to fire your representative ASAP and ask penalty for the stress you are being made to go through.

As far as I know and to the best of my knowledge, the PPR goes to the email which was used on your application, since you are applying through a representative, then to his email. Since he would have provided his email to be put into your PR application.

Please share the representative details here so that others can stay away from him/her.

If I cancel my representative he will not give me GC key password and login Id
Is it possible to talk to IRCC without those???

I know my file number and Client Id.

yes you just need your application number, that starts with EXXXXX to talk to an agent. Try calling CIC
You can also raise a CSE through https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx. They usually reply within 1-5 days
