Simply worried is RPRF request an indication that PPR is close? Can anybody clarify? Especially with the wording of my request letter?
Somehow they send the PPR even if you have nothing to do with that VO. Read through the thread couple of pages back. Many have got it by emailing NDVO but only if you know the application is approved. At least until Jan 9th people were still getting it this way. Not sure how long it will work.

I haven't recieved my PPR yet.
Its been more than 4 months now.
My AOR- 4th September.
Last update was on 13 December 2018 - Background check is in progress.
Is there anyone else whose AOR is near about mine and still waiting?

We have same AOR...on my CIC, my background check is still processing + eligibility but dont think you should bank on it. Order GCMS for real info- it will take one month to arrive. Your PPR may even come out before it arrives. Also, you can call IRCC - if you are lucky, a nice agent will tell you what is happening (never got such luck but people have)
Dont lose faith.
Quite many of September applicants are waiting. I haven't even seen the Background check beginning till date.
