Can I sponsor my sister when our mum resides in canada

Can someone tell me please if I can sponsor my sister in the UK, she is over 18
Our mum lives in Canada and our Father has passed away .
Any help much appreciated.

you can't sponsor your sister.....however you can sponsor your mother if she is not a PR in Canada or a Canadian citizen and include your sister as her dependent child if your sister is not more than 22 years on the day the sponsorship application was received (AOR).

Your mom can if she is a pr here in Canada if she is under 22.

if your mum is a PR living inside Canada or a Canadian citizen, she can sponsor your sister as her dependent child if your sister is less than 22 years old
