I will list the document I took vs document they checked or asked for.

Document I took (Probably took more than they asked for but it is better to be safe than sorry)

International Passport - current and old - For all the family
Photocopy of passport page
PR Card
Two pieces of IDs
COPR
Original document that supported our applications - e.g test of english, birth certiificate for the kids
Printed the initial application submitted
(Note - I found out that they had nothing to do with kids so no need to take anything relating to them)

What they checked or asked for.

International passport (only the two that covers the last 5 years)
Two identification (Drivers license and Health card)

Perfect.

Thanks a lot.

I received my AOR on nov 28 by email; however, I still cannot see my status online. I am not sure if i should contact IRCC. I wonder if they have my details incorrect. Is anyone else having this issue ?

I applied for urgent processing 3 days ago, how could I know if they considered my request or not??

Or should I wait for a reply!

Wait till next week if nothing happens most likely it is rejected. You can also call IRCC call center the agent should be able to tell you about the decision

Hi, sheet updated. It would be helpful to know if yours is a single or family application and the number of days physical presence. Spreadsheet can be found:

Called them in the morning and they were not forthcoming with the details. Just said processing time is 12 months.
I called them again later to tell them that I will be out of the country in the last two weeks of February. They first checked if a date has already been set for my test, confirmed no and made a note not to set the test during that time. They also mentioned that anytime the duration is more than 2 months, we need to email them. Two weeks is ok, no worries. Hope this helps anyone wanting to leave the country for some time.

Hi, well done in getting the test invite. I have updated the spreadsheet. We seem to be missing an In Process date for you. It would be nice to have that date to keep the sheet nice and tidy and to let others have an idea of time frames from AOR to test. Thanks so much. Wishing you luck with the test.
