Help me understand my GCMS notes

I am applying through CEC and my AOR is the 26th of July and am currently under the dreaded 'review required'. I am applying as NOC 0631 and have a strong letter with everything included, start date and finish dates, date of promotion, pay rises and about 75% of the duties listed under the skilled NOC.

I received my notes and have seen that there has been no movement on my file since September the 7th. There seems to be a problem with my work experience which I was kind of expecting. I was underpaid for my position and my occupation on my payslip remained as bartender after I was promoted to manager, however my letter explains that the company does not change the title after the promotion.

My notes seem to say that they have deducted 40 points from my application which means I will be refused, but they fail to give a good reason as to why they have taken the points away. They also haven't refused me yet which seems strange. I really need someone to look at my notes and help with any suggestions. I have asked my manager to redo the letter with the dates exactly to do the day rather than the month, and have simplified the letter slightly but apart from that I'm not sure what I can really do. I supplied my T4's, payslips and even my notice of assessment.

There is also a note about my foreign work experience letter not being dated, but it clearly is so I've written an LOE and told them within it that the letter is clearly dated.

Is there any point raising a CSE and asking them directly what I can do to help? I'm stuck and it's nearly my 6 month anniversary.

I've included all screenshots, I hope someone can advise me, thanks alot.

Review required is normal and deduction is different from verified points. Since the analyst has flagged your experience for review, they will not be verifying those points and the same will be done by an Officer. There is nothing to panic at this stage, you just need to raise a CSE with LOE explaining your response to the observations of analyst preferably supported by fresh letters. You need to do this immediately to ensure that your documents are attached to the file before the officer reviews them.

Normally a refusal happens where documents outrightly indicate a situation different from that you have claimed. In this case you are likely to receive a PFL which again allows you to respond with additional supporting documents within a stipulated timeframe.

All the best.

Thanks Shahanastar. I guess its probably best for me to just wait and hope when they contact me they tell me what they're having trouble with.

Hi guys,
I have a quick question: does Eligibility Passed in GCMS notes mean my documents are all accepted, and documents verification has been done, or different indication?
Thanks in advance.

Eligibility passed means that your documents support the points you claimed.
Unless you were engaged in some type of criminal activity, your case is basically settled with the positive outcome

The analyst wrote that your letter of employment is not dated. You might want to get a new letter with the date on it, that seems to be the problem why they deducted crs points..

Get a new reference letter and make sure it is dated and upload it using a CSE. I hope they consider your new reference letter and process your application.

I dunno why they wrote that, I checked and it was 100% dated.
