That's right. Processing will not start until you give your biometrics. Also, do keep in mind that IRCC processing times are just estimates. Decisions can be given very quickly or could take longer.

You have legal status in Korea for another two months. That's quite a long time. You will likely get a decision well before that. So, don't worry

Same as mirae94 i also told you that when i submitted online application they did not asked me for my biomatrics and infact they mentioned my bio matrics are valid till dec 2027 . Later after application submission they asked after 8 days for biomatrics $85 which i paid same day and after one week u sujjesed me to send email to Abu dhabi embassy, which i did and after that one more week passes no Biomatrics latter came even no email response i uploaded payment receipt online to my acount which says its uploaded .Now a days i am in USA yesterday i went to NEW YORK VAC they said me to email to Abu dabhi they cannot do any thing in this regards.
So Baryana should i send Abu dabhi again email regarding leter for BIL(biomatrics letter)?
Next week i will be in seattle usa.

I sent today email to Canadians embassy Abu Dhabi that still after 10 days of bio payment i didnot get any letter for biomatrics and my travlling dates to Seattle are 9th jan to 14th jan 2019.now its not possible to go to Canada and my brother has rented hotel rooms in Seattle and i will meet there with my brother and his family for 5 days .so i asked them how to with draw my application because my travlling dates will be gone .

Hello Baryana i forget to tell you in my account no email no change just updated that my documents provided is uploaded(payment receipt which i uploaded for biomatrics).

I'm not hopeful but thanks. I emailed the Manila office that I have to leave Korea by March 3rd and I believe I qualify for CAN+ program so hopefully they'll send me the BIL soon.

Even if your immigration status in Korea runs out by March, you have the option of having your visa stamped in any other country that you are next in/you have legal status even if you are a visitor or a citizen of that next country

hope you are fine.i sent emailnto abudhabi embassy 3 times no repley for my boimatrics letter now its 13 days pass after payment for biomatrics.day after tommorw i will go to Seattle and booked hotel my brother and his family will come and spend 5 days with me.its petty i will be near there hime and cannot visit them.and my flight back to Pakistan is on 15th .... Now i thonk as my tour will be ending near should i with draw my trv applicaton? And if yes guide me how to withdraw it. Regards

It won't help now to say this that travel plans must not be made until visas are granted (for any country).

I recommend you do not withdraw your application. No idea why the Abu Dhabi visa office has not replied to your emails. They generally do within a couple of days.

There is nothing change in my account from day first same just the payment receipt i upload is written that we are reviewing the requirement which you submetterld (biomatrics 85$) payment recipet.back ground still says we are checking your background .i want to take appointment online tongive biomatucs but there is no day avaiable during.my usa visit and i cannot stay extra in USa due to my bussines in Pakistan .i can max away one month from my bussines .and i take your advice and nit withdraw application and will gove biomatrics once i am back to Pakistan or try in seattle to get online appointent but i as your previous blogss you said before biomatrics proses is not start .its mean after 1 month my application is still at day firat wothout biomatrica

Today i tried lot of time to get online appointment for boimatr8cs in USA but no space tomorrow i will be in Seattle and there also no appointment during my stay but i got appointment from Spokane WA its 5 hours from Seattle i will go there and also enjoy the tour because the way has long long forest i will go there with my brother and his family .
But it will be petty that i will be back to Pakistan after 5 days .....still i hope for good ...thank you for your spourt

Hello i sent biomatrics payment on 23dec and received BIL on 7th jan 2019 so its take time i applied from.Pakistan and now i am.in usa tour and i .will give biomatrics in usa and then back to pakistan

How do you know that the visa office received the Biometrics ? Because it was uploaded to CIC account ? Or they sent a confirmation ?
