Hi All,

I am currently looking for job. I am software engineer with 10+ years of experience. As I am currently in Canada with closed work permit, would require visa sponsorship. My one year working experience in Canada is going to complete on February. Any suggestion, how can I get new job over here?
A job offer also helps me to get PR easily.

There is no easy way other than to apply for jobs and talk to employers who would be willing to sponsor. Alternatively try other provinces.
Also apply for PR with your experience in Canada you should be getting additional points.

You should assume it won't be possible to secure a job as a foreign worker. It's extremely difficult / impossible to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process. Focus on applying to immigrate instead (without a job offer).

Almost impossible to find a job before anyone arrives in Canada unless you have very unique skills not readily available. First step would probably be to format your resume/CV into a 'Canadian ' format and then start looking through sites such as Indeed or Linkedin beyond that is just luck. If you can afford it assuming you are a PR applicant do a soft landing and spend a couple of weeks job searching, again matter of luck but employers like to see people face to face given they do not want to waste time on speculative applications from outside of the country that may never turn up.. Good luck
