My Timeline is very similar to yours and my VO is also Singapore

AOR1: Nov 03rd
SA DM: Nov 09th
Sent to SGVO: Nov 09th
AOR2: Dec 04th
Application started processing: Dec 03rd
Medical request: Dec 19th
Medical completed: January 02nd
Medical passed: January 05th

Now patiently waiting for the Background check to start
Hopefullt it will be soon for all of us

It is NOT necessarily a -ve or a bad thinking in officer's mind, it can be little clarification on dates, which he thinks are not matching. All you have to do is tell them the exact truth even if you did not or could not be4. They trust in honestly things on applications.
