Sicnc then the BG check says we will send you a message when we start your BG check.

On January 3rd, I received an email from CIC and when I checked my account it says 'HOW TO FIND A JOB IN CANADA'?

Is it normal? Has anybody received a similar notification?

Definitely normal. It shows your profile is moving

And FSW-inland backlog seems to be just growing and growing every time i check. People from July/Aug are still waiting. Don't know what is up with that. So in some ways I am looking at a really long time frame here. Sigh

Yes, same here!! From immitracker it doesn't look good.

I think it will exceed past 6 months. I really wanted to quit my shitty job this month and start preparations for my new life but guess there is going to be a long wait.

AOR - Nov 16th
MEP - Dec 20th

I presume that I’m in IP1.

I have a job offer in BC, received nomination from the province, applied for a work permit on Nov 06th and received a work permit on Dec 06th.
I have plans to travel to join my work by end of May and thought will wait to hear the PR. Hope we all will hear out our names soon!!

Got off the phone with CIC. According to an agent there, the only thing that has started on my file is background check. Neither criminality nor eligibility have started. AOR November 11th.

Totally undestand you! I planned to leave my job and do nothing until the PPR but it seems I will have to wait for that
