January 2019 intake- visa from India

My cousin applied online on 20th November for January intake and got rejection yesterday with remarks that you will not leave Canada after study. Really worried now.
I am also from India and I am facing the same issue.Anyone from India still waiting for Visa for January 2019 intake (algonquin college)?

I applied on 27th October for Jan 2019 intake and directly got passport request on yesterday. No inbetween updates received.

No reply from embassy. College has deferred my admission to Sept 2019 intake and I am still awaiting the final decision on my Visa Application.I am also from India and I am facing the same issue.
