If you have received AIP it is safe to say you have got SA. Sometimes they don't send it....As long as you have DM, you are good....and just have to be patient for your landing interview date.

In online account it says you passed the medical exam. But we haven't submitted it yet, is it a error? We tried to call cic but the lines are too busy we are unable to reach them.

Have you had a medical exam done lately? Maybe before you enter Canada?

Mar 08,2018 - Application received (at this point, I've sent my Schedule A along with all documents)
Apr 06,2018 - AOR received
Jun 27, 2018 - OWP received in the mail
Aug 30, 2018 - Medical Exams Requested
Sep 28, 2018 - Medical Received
(I don't know the exact date, but when I call them, the automatic system says that I've passed the medical exams, they are processing the background check and the review of eligibility has not started yet)

Jan 2019 - waiting for some news

PS: I've never been able to link my application online, I check status through phone and online tool.

Mine did that for a day before I got the med request and then switched to being correct.

My timeline is:

March 6th 2018 - application posted
March 7th - application delivered
April 4th - IRCC started processing the application
April 6th - IRCC sent acknowledgement of receipt of application and request for police clearance (we didn't realise the checklist had changed)
May 1st - Police certificates and Schedule A posted
May 2nd - IRCC confirmed receipt of Schedule A & police certificates
June 26th - Open Work Permit approved
August 30th - Instructions for medical exam sent
September 10th - had medical exam
September 25th - IRCC confirmed receipt of medical results
December 22nd - Decision Made & received Pre-Arrival Services letter (we are inside Canada so won't need this).

We've now had no correspondence since December 22nd.

Hello all .. I need urgent help and advise
I'm am April/23rd applicant
I got additional documents request on dec/27 and they had requested RCMP police clearance certificate based on fingerprints

I went to local fingerprinting agency and had them done
The guy at agency told me that he will send it to RCMP and they will send it to CIC's office in Vancouver
On the request letter they have provided me with their Email address and mailing address to send them the results
and THE DEADLINE WAS JAN/10

I called IRCC today to make sure they have received the fingerprints but agent just told me they have not received it yet

I called RCMP and they told me that they just forward fingerprints to CIC on JAN/07
and it might take a lot longer may be 1 week more

what should i do now as the deadline has passed ?
Plz advisedwhat should i do ? as i don't want any troubles because i got them done next day i got request !

Hi, I believe it should be fine. You got it done within the timeline they had given you, which is the most important. Also, you contacted IRCC to inform about the situation. Maybe the agent who is processing your case has not opened your mail yet.

yes the agent i spoke to she has asked me to upload the copy of receipt of fingerprints on my cic account.. but i told her there is no upload window or button

then she said i can send IRCC a web form with all the details but i don't know what option i choose to send them the web form

Maybe "replacement documents[...]" would work, the website is supposed to allow you to attach documents after you fill out with your information "After you click "Next", you will have the opportunity to upload your document(s)."
