My wife got Spouse open work permit refusal, Visa officer was not satisfied her home ties in Pakistan. I am gonna reapply her visa soon just wondering can she show her father bank statement and property documents to satisfy visa officer for her strong ties.
Nope. Her dad's property/financial assets are not owned by her nor does she have the authority to represent him. Also, after marrying you, your finances come into the picture.
Based on your previous thread, it seems she was refused because you did not submit evidence/explanation etc that your job is in NOC 0, A, B nor your work responsibilities.
Also, based on your other thread about the GCMS notes:
1. The case notes seem abrupt and incomplete. IRCC can withhold some pages/some parts of the notes. Have you received all pages of the notes? Anyway.
2. Your wife has previously traveled to both Iraq and Iran. You would want to include a small explanation for those travels especially if it was for short stays for reasons such as meeting family/friends there or religious visits
