My AOR is 5-Nov-18 and following is my profile status. Background check was in process earlier but now it shows We will send you a message when we start your background check. Can someone guide what stage I am at right now?

I am AOR 24th.. with IP2.. but no MED yet... that is extremely odd and worrying.

I didn't receive any request for biometrics yet. I am from a country that requires it tough.

Don't worry. The request letter for biometrics is usually followed by medical pass status.

That's the problem, I still didn't pass my medicals, although most people with the same AOR date and later already passed. They only changed my UCI about a week ago, but no change in anything else.

Well, for some people it might take more than the average time. I have seen people who got their medicals passed after 60 days. If it brings you any peace of mind, you can try calling IRCC and ask them about the status of the medical.

Same as mine, all those who requested for biometric they have the same status. mine aor is 19 nov. I think for us there will be not status change for background it will be same for whole process.

What is your AOR? it looks you have to submit the biometrics . All those which are supposed to submit the fingerprints they have the background status We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. from first day of AOR
