Hello Boss @legalfalcon . After getting 2 PPRs from NDVO and OTTAWA ( to correct my PPR), I got 2 new PPR again today from my local Visa office one as a email and the other in mycic account. I have actually submitted my passport last week but very unsual, my ADR changed to we need additional document to continue your application. the profile status reads action required. and when i checked the placeholder where i uploaded my submitted documents, a place holder was created called replacement needed client information required.

Pls what does this mean? URGENT

If you have submitted your passport, no need to worry. If you have already submitted your documents, just ignore it for now.

As soon as your visa and COPR is issued, your application states will change to approved.

If you have no instructions, Its mere speculation. Instead raise a CSE and ask.

There was no instruction. i have only 3 mails in my account. the ppr, the Ack of receipt and the confirmation of transmission. I will raise a CSE. Thank you.

I recently received my ITA. I got the reference letter from my old employer which has the following issues,

• It doesn't have number of hours and full time mentioned in it.
• The employer contact number doesn't work.
• And it is very difficult to get these details added now.

However, I have all other certificates (Experience Letter with R&R, Salary Hike Details and Relieving Letter). And this is related to my first job. I have overall 11 years of exp.

So could you kindly suggest, if it will be a good idea to remove this work experience from my work history and move it to the personal history or shall I proceed by uploading the documents what I have, expecting that the officer would accept the docs, because I have the required experience from my other jobs ?

And If I am moving it to the personal history, should I upload any LOE ?

You can simply state as home maker. If the work done is part-time and the proceeds of the employment are outside Canada, then you can even state online work. It won't matter either way.

It does not matter. For the dependent spouse's work experience outside Canada no points are awarded. Do't complicate things and just mention homemaker.

Since there have been travel to different countries 8 time for business purposes and under travel history reason have been specified as business for these trips. Don’t we need to show under personal history that he owns a business outside Canada? How travel history could be supported? If business is not specified under personal history?

Thanks. My diploma falls under the category 'secondary school diploma and diploma' followed by my degree.
Is it acceptable to claim points under two or more certificates category. Also, what does secondary school mean as per canadian standards? Is it completing 10 years of school education starting from first grade or is it completing 12 years of school education starting from first grade. Appreciate your inputs.

Boss , Can you please confirm based on your experience 10+ Diploma + Lateral entry B.Tech is eligible for two or more cert.

You can surely get a salary certificate, for that matter even a reference letter will be enough. However, even if your took cash, you much have paid taxes on that, so you can include IT returns. Also, your employer mush have had books, and you can get the copies of the for your records.

In case of a salary certificate, how should it be, salary certificate for any 1 particular month of employment? or 1 year of employment? or the whole period of employment? To reiterate, i took 2 unpaid vacations(both of them for periods of less than a month) and i was awarded 1 pay rise after my 2nd year of employment.

Hi @legalfalcon ..I got my gcms notes last month and I believe that you could be the right person to assist me. I have typed below what the notes say:

APPLICATION: EP............ PA's file reviewed under the AIPP application type - Atlantic Intermediate-skilled Program (AISP). I have reviewed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and note the following: WORK EXPERIENCE: From 2012/11 to 2018/05, NOC Declared: 7511, Work Title, Truck Driver: Employer: .........................................Ltd. Eligibility appears, NOT MET - review required, possibly SELF EMPLOYED. File to be forwarded to Visa Office for review as PA is currently residing in... name of my country

So my question here is should I wait for the visa office to review the file or should I send a CSE and additional documents since my business is a registered as a (Pty) Ltd and I am its director and employee as well??????

You have send your passport pursuant to the PPR email. So just wait. If there is anything IRCC will contact you. In all likelihood, it is a false alarm.

If you are claiming points for the work experience, you have to provide a work reference letter for the same with all the requirements as specific by IRCC, which include the number of hours worked, employer contact details etc.

However, if upon removing this work experience, your CRS and MEC is not affected, you can remove this work experience and only keep it in personal history.

If your CRS and MEC is not affected, there is no need for LoE.

Alternatively, if you do require this work experience to meet the CRS and MEC, you can then ask any of your ex colleague, or supervisor to write a reference letter for you, which you and get notarized, and upload with the work reference letter you already have. Make sure that you explain in LOE why your work ref letter issued from the employer does not have the requisite information. You will also need further supporting documents like IT returns, offer letter etc. to substantiate your claim.
