Hi, I've 2 yrs exp in IT & need to wait 1 more year(to get req CRS score) to apply for PR . Which is a better option :

1. Wait for an year, receive PR, land in Canada & search for jobs with 3.5 yrs foreign exp (by the end of 2020 I'll land in Canada as per this process).
2. Apply for MS in Canada univ in this fall/spring 2019 (1 or 2 yr course) , study in Canada & search for job after completion of studies with 2 yrs exp.

Which is the best way to secure my 1st job there as its difficult for migrants to get initial job. I'm asking for Software field.
Need honest opinions with pro's & con's

#2 is okay if you're loaded with cash. Otherwise, #1 is OK. You also have the option of taking masters locally right now.

Do you already have IELTS results? CLB 9 in all categories?

I'm yet to give IELTS, since I've one more year I can get that score. I'm currently doing 1 yr PG diploma dist. But the thing is which of the above options have more scope for job opportunities 1 or 2. Local degree or more foreign exp.

Local means canadian degree with 2 yrs exp or 4 yrs foreign exp

There’s no general answer to this general question.

If you want my personal opinion, you should get PR the fastest way possible because legal status is the most important factor. In the software industry, skills are transferable anywhere in the world.

Thanks for the response, but PR rules may not be the same after one year through EE, so little worried.
This is always the case, but the current rules are a good baseline. Radical changes don’t happen overnight and without prior notice.

Eligibility rules are largely stable and unchanged for a few decades now (FSW and CEC), it’s just the selection (CRS) that tends to be updated.
