Express entry education points

hii..
i did 12th std in india and i came to canada and did 2 years diploma ....now if i take one more post grad certificate course of 1 year...do i get same points as anyone else who came here with 3 years of course and does it count as bachelor degree in express entry..

Please help ASAP

Hi,

No, it's not the same. A 2-year diploma + 1-year post grad does not equate to a Bachelors degree. You need to have completed a full bachelors degree to claim points for it.

Even though it's 3 years of study, it's not really about the number of years per se, it's more about the level of education.
There is a clear distinction between a degree and diploma.

what if someone did 3 years technology diploma course ...does it equivalent to bachelor degree in EE
