March 12th Applicant... Eligibility passed this morning.... So Happy....

I came to Canada in 2016 through FSW (applied Nov 2014)... This forum was my only reference guide and you people are amazing... I sponsored my wife in March 2017 with your help and looks like she is gonna be a PR soon

Update on my journey:
March 6th applicant
Medical request: Aug 30th
Background check process began on: Aug 30th (and continues "background in process" in MyCIC)
Medical passed: Sept
AIP letter in MyCIC: Jan 3, 2019
DM for both my spousal sponsorship and permanent residency apps in ECAS: Jan 3, 2019
DM letter (Inland Landing Letter in my email): Jan 4, 2019
Landing interview Date: Awaiting...

Are you living in Montreal?

From what i have read when an application is sent for further assessment, it means they have some doubts in the application/relationship and the application will not be finished within the normal time frame.

And my passport is invalid since 2years with the immigrations cz I was Refuge 6yers ago , maybe that’s why they had to transfer the application , don’t know

Hi Guys, My wife got the Eligibility passed Mail this morning. Is it normal to get the Eligibility Passed mail for the principal applicant before the sponsor gets the approval?

Congratulations! You are the first April applicant got AIP and SA and DM as I know. May I ask what is the date in your ECAS saying " We started processing your application on......". For me and some ppl here, it's Dec 18.

yeah in ecas it says that they began processing on the same day, december 18.

Feb 7 applicant: aip Nov23. SA-Nov 29. Will be landing in Vancouver office. No any update after that....dunno what's wrong with these of our Feb applicants...
