I am so sorry! I cant imagine your frustration. Have you tried to seek legal advice? Maybe a lawyer is able to push it forward, if they keep ignoring you. Also, I read somewhere on this forum that a guy got his local MP to push it forward for him, and it got accepted instantly.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

Any Sept, 2017 with DM or PPR?
Yeah, some people got it in the other thread.

That is why we are confused about why they skipped July or are stuck in it (assuming all cases are normal to be processed within normal processing times).

I would guess they started distributing it to other offices because of an estimation of delays by June/July/Aug . So they started some back-and-forth file forwarding between VOs to alleviate the other VO's load. Either the doc forwarding caused delays for these files, and alleviated the load of the ones remaining at the same office, or the new files got sent to a VO with a lower load, like the one from Aug/Sept and on, resulting in July to September DMs coming at around the same time.

It was clear that the processing time was increasing from 2016-2018, and although it fluctuated, I think there was a period it was 14 mmonths. Then it became 19 months, the highest in the period, and we got stuck there in the 19 months. So it makes sense.

It's enough people from 2016 who are still waiting for PPR. At this point I don't know what to expect and I'm thinking we might be stack with our applications. This situation make me thinking to apply through EE, because now, two years later I have enough points for that, but I'm lazy to go through IELTS and documents gathering again.

Well, if your permits are not going to expire so soon, better wait a bit than going through all the hassle.
If my "VO forwarding" guess is right, as the "September" group is getting, it means the July/Aug will be getting it too, so wait until February.
