Hello all friend ,,, I Apply for federal in end of May and I receive AOR in 22 July (around 2 month) ,,, I still wait for MR now I’m in month 18 and no have news or update to my file . Actually processing time from New Delhi and China fast but sometimes get some delay in file ,,,
Yes I’m QIIP and I Apply in 2015 and I have Lawyer in Montreal she is nice and good lawyer . If you have any Question I’m ready to replay you

I don’t think they ask for any updated documents at the federal stage
Only thing Federal is concerned about is your medical tests and your background checks
Any change in your family position , your address , contact details etc you can update/inform

Dear SaharAmaj maybe the request some update for application like the form 5669 if you change your passport or address or other new thing happen or your ( non crime certificate ) police certificate if expire . Depend of the officer who review your file .

Well this is not a good news for people seeking immigration to the province of Quebec . The new government had promised cut in immigration levels and is keeping up to its promise. Well nothing wrong in that , as they got elected and immigration was a hot topic
That being said , this news brings to focus sharp changes in both the selection and admission levels . Times for obtaining CSQ ( which are already quite high) will increase considerably . It will affect both who have applied or are applying for CSQ. In my opinion people maybloose interest in this programme , which is already running so slowly
As for those with csq under qiip , the affect will come after few years . How much these few years are ? Nobody knows . In my opinion as already there is high backlog , it will not happen in 2/3 years to come
Overall if this happens there is a high probability that people may shift to other programs. But then who knows ??

Dear Zafar Khan ,,, we are in federal step so this almost no have relation with our federal step ,,, but effect the new applicant who apply under Quebec immigration program .

We only hope fast processing in federal step I’m now in month 20 and nothing update in my file .

If they reduce admission of immigrants, to Quebec then surely it will have an impact on people like us , who are in the federal stages . This is so as less admission means less PR issuance for Quebec . Less PR issuance will happen by slowing the PR process even more or by further delays etc
But Pr processing’s will pick up once backlog gets over and situation reachs current or latest applications levels. Now this is tricky as no one knows with surety which year business applications are being processed presently,

Hello ash1969 :- dear ash1969 the Lawyer only can say the current time is still same as before no changing same as website on CIC show 46 month but shevsay normally should take arround 24 month to 30 month ( for normal processing) and some application arrive 60 month the time for processing is various depend of many factors ,,, you can see some application in only 1 years and some application need 5 years . All must be Optimistic about the future. Wait is the Key ( for me Im finish 20 month after some days and start new month 21 and my file freeze no have any move or update )

My GCMS also said : Not started...then around 8 months later, i got MR, RPRF n PPR comming. So, just be patient n wait! Wish u luck!
