I got my visa to attend classes at Washington state university for the 2019 fall intake and boarded my flight last month December 17th to Los Angeles airport, but upon my arrival, the customs and boarder protection immigration officer told me that my i-20 had expired rather had been withdrawn. Asked me questions why it was canceled but I had no idea because I remember all my documents were correct with no fraud. My earliest admission was on the 8th and that's when I only said it could be cause I reported late. My visa was revoked and stamped with a saying application for admission withdrawn. I don't know if I was banned!! If so can it also affect any other country (canada) that I may apply to?

You can apply to immigrate to Canada. Provided you declare your US refusal, there won't be any issues being accepted.

You may however have issues applying for any sort of temporary visa to Canada (e.g. study permit, visitor visa, work permit). The US refusal may create issues being accepted for a temporary visa. Make sure you declare the US refusal if you decide to apply.

You were not deported. You were given a choice to withdraw your application. It's different from deportation.
