Express Entry without Job Letter

Hello
My employers are not giving me my employment letter with job duties. They promised first and now they are refusing to give me one.
Is there any way i can apply and get my PR without it. I only have 8 months on my work permit left.

I have consulted an immigration lawyer and they said, they will create and undertaking from me, and will tell cic that company is not giving me a job letter, they will show them my emails requesting a jib letter from them.
I have a job letter from them, 6 months old that states my job title and start date, but it did not states my job duties.
Can i include that also to my file?

Yes you can include all of that. However, don't you have alternative options - past employments?
